Manage your catalog and sell equipment or services to skaters

Beyond training fees, you can sell products (like skates, helmets, uniforms) or services (like skate repair, event tickets) directly through the portal.

Managing Your Catalog

Why use this? Create a predefined list of items to speed up billing and ensure consistent pricing.
Adding a New Item
  1. Navigate to the Services page.
  2. Click the Add New button.
  3. Enter the details:
    • Item Name: e.g., "Professional Inline Skates".
    • Category: e.g., Equipment, Service, Event.
    • Price: The standard selling price.
    • Description: Optional details about the item.
  4. Click Save to add it to your catalog.
Availability

You can toggle items as Available or Unavailable (out of stock) without deleting them.

Processing Sales

Why use this? Generate professional invoices for equipment sales and track payments linked to specific skaters.

To sell an item to a student:

  1. Go to the Sales tab or click "New Sale".
  2. Select the Skater who is making the purchase.
  3. Choose the Item from your catalog. The price will auto-fill (you can edit it if needed).
  4. Click Generate Invoice.
  5. The invoice is created with "Pending" status. You can then:
    • Mark as Paid: If they pay immediately via cash/UPI.
    • Send to Parent: They will see it in their app to pay online.

Sales History

View a complete history of all items sold under the History tab. You can filter by date range or skater to track your merchandise revenue separately from training fees.
