Logging In

  1. Visit WebsiteGo to https://skaterworld.in
  2. Click LoginTop navigation bar
  3. Enter CredentialsEmail and password
  4. Access DashboardRedirected to your dashboard

Mobile App Download

Download the SkaterWorld.in mobile app for easy access on the go.

How to Download

  1. Visit Download PageGo to skaterworld.in/download-apk
  2. Fill Required FieldsComplete all mandatory information
  3. Download APKClick Download button
  4. Install AppAllow installation from unknown sources

Mandatory Fields

Name Your full name Yes
Email Valid email address Yes
Mobile Contact number Yes
User Type Academy / Skater / Parent Yes
Important for Academies: If you are an Academy user, you MUST select "Academy" as your User Type during download. This ensures:
  • The Academy Role is correctly assigned to your account
  • Proper license features are activated for your subscription
  • Access to academy management features (skaters, schedules, attendance, fees)
Selecting the correct user type ensures you get the appropriate features and license permissions for your role.

Manage Skaters

Registering a New Skater

  1. Go to SkatersSidebar or Quick Actions
  2. Click Add SkaterOpens registration form
  3. Fill DetailsName, DOB, Gender, Contact
  4. Add Skating InfoShoe type, skill level
  5. SaveClick Register Skater
Academy

Creating Schedules

  1. Navigate to SchedulesClick in sidebar
  2. Create ScheduleClick + Create button
  3. Fill DetailsName, dates, time, coach
  4. SaveReady for assignments

Assigning Skaters

  1. Open ScheduleClick a schedule
  2. Click AssignOpens assignment page
  3. Select SkatersCheck the boxes
  4. SaveClick Save Assignments

Tracking Attendance

  1. Go to AttendanceClick in sidebar
  2. Select Schedule & DateChoose from dropdowns
  3. Mark StatusPresent / Absent / Late
  4. SaveClick Save Attendance

  1. Go to PerformanceClick in sidebar
  2. Select SkaterChoose from dropdown
  3. Add MetricsSpeed, endurance, technique

  3. Record PaymentEnter payment details
