Manage your academy's prepaid balance and transaction history

SkaterWorld operates on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits in advance and use them to pay for platform services like skater registrations and automated billing.

Understanding Credits

Why use this? Pay only for what you use with no hidden monthly subscriptions.

Credits are deducted automatically for the following actions:

  • New Skater Approval: 1 Credit per skater (One-time).
  • Monthly Billing: 1 Credit per active skater per month (Recurring).
  • Competition Registration: 1 Credit per participant (if hosted by you).
Low Balance Warning

If your wallet balance hits zero, you will be unable to approve new skaters or generate monthly fee invoices until you recharge.

Wallet Dashboard

The Wallet Dashboard gives you a transparent view of your usage:

  • Current Balance: Your available credits displayed prominently at the top.
  • Transaction History: A detailed log of every credit added (purchases) and deducted (usage).
  • Usage Trends: See how your credit consumption changes month over month.

Recharging Your Wallet

To add more credits:

  1. Click the Buy Credits button on the Wallet page.
  2. Select a Credit Package (e.g., Starter, Pro, Elite) to get bulk discounts.
  3. Complete the payment securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Netbanking).
  4. Credits are added to your balance instantly upon successful payment.
Tip: Buying larger packages (e.g., 500 Credits) offers significant cost savings per credit compared to smaller top-ups.
