The SkaterWorld App gives you direct access to your training schedule, attendance records, and fee
payments. This guide covers every feature available to skaters and parents.
Why use this?
Quick access to your personal dashboard.
The home screen features 5 main tiles:
Skaters:
View your profile details.
Attendance: Mark today's
attendance.
My
Schedule: View monthly calendar.
Report: Download your data.
Payments: Pay fees online.
Note: Features are color-coded (Teal, Blue, Green, Orange) only if
your account is APPROVED. Grey tiles indicate pending approval.
Why use this?
Check-in to your training session instantly.
Tap the Attendance tile to see today's sessions.
- Check In: Tap the green Check In button when you arrive. The
app records your start time.
- Check Out: Tap Check Out when you leave to record your end
time.
- Status: The card updates in real-time (Scheduled -> Present -> Completed).
Why use this?
View your past attendance and upcoming training days.
Monthly View
The calendar shows your entire month at a glance. Dates are color-coded:
- Green: Present
- Red: Absent
- Blue: Scheduled (Future)
- Grey: No Schedule
Day Details
Tap any date to see detailed info:
- Session Time: Start and End times.
- Remarks: Any notes added by your coach.
Why use this?
Track your fees and pay online securely.
Pending Tab
Shows all unpaid invoices.
- Pay Now: Tap the "Pay" button on any invoice to pay via UPI/Card (Razorpay).
- Pay All: Use the "Pay All" option to clear multiple invoices in one
transaction.
- Download: Tap the download icon to save the PDF invoice.
History Tab
View your past payments. You can download receipts for any completed transaction.
Why use this?
Get a copy of your own data.
Generate a PDF report of your profile and performance data. Useful for sharing with other academies
or for personal records.
Why use this?
Manage your account security.
- Biometric Login: Enable Fingerprint/Face ID in settings for faster, secure
access.
- Logout: Securely sign out from the app.
