Race Format: Races will be run on the heats system.
Age Calculation: The age of the participant is to be calculated as of 31st December 2026.
Age Proof: Age proof (such as an Aadhaar Card, copy of birth certificate, or School ID of the current session) is compulsory; in its absence, the decision of the chief official will be final.
Entry Fee: The standard registration fee is Rs. 1500/- for two races (1 Lap 200mtrs & 400mtrs - 2 Laps).
Payment Window: Fee payment must be completed within 12 hours of registration, or the registration will be automatically deleted.
Registration Deadline & Late Fee: The last date for registration is 5 August 2026 (superseding the earlier 20 June 2026 date); registrations submitted after 5 August will incur an increased fee of Rs. 2000/-.
Safety Gear: Helmets are compulsory for all skaters.
Rink Access: Parents and outsiders are strictly not allowed in the skating rink.
Awards: Refreshments and medals will be served to each winner and participant after every race, and all participants will receive participation/merit certificates and medals.
Property Damage: In case of damage or loss of property on the field, the concerned team in-charge will have to bear the charges.
Liability: The organizers (including Gagan Sports Centre, the academy, supervisors, and coaches) are not responsible for any injury, loss of life, illness, or accidents that occur during the meet.
Protests: Any protests must be lodged in writing within 15 minutes of the event in question, accompanied by a Rs. 2000/- fee (which is refunded only if the protest is valid). Verbal protests will not be considered, and the final verdict rests with the Technical Committee.
Event Changes: The management reserves the right to change the date or venue of the event due to any unavoidable circumstances.
Event Schedule: The actual event schedule will be communicated prior to the competition through the official channels.
