A. Personal Identification & Account Information

• Account Credentials: Email address, mobile phone number, unique username, and cryptographically hashed passwords. We never store plain-text passwords on our servers.
• Profile Information: Full name, date of birth, biological gender, profile photograph/avatar, and contact address. Date of birth is specifically required to calculate correct age categories for speed roller skating competition events.
• User Role & Hierarchy: Defined role within the system, such as Skater/Athlete, Parent or Legal Guardian, Coach, Skating Academy Administrator, or Competition Organizer/Official.
• Emergency & Medical Safety Details (Optional): Blood group and emergency contact numbers, collected strictly for track-side athlete safety, emergency response, and first-aid during competitive speed skating events.

B. Skating Academy & Athlete Management Data

• Academy Affiliation: Name and branch of the skating academy or club you are enrolled with, assigned coaches, and batch schedules.
• Skating Profile & Gear Category: Equipment category (e.g., Quad, Inline Speed Skates, Beginner), shoe/wheel specifications, training division, and state/national skating federation or association registration numbers (where supplied).
• Academy Operations: Daily training attendance logs, fitness evaluations, performance progress notes, and dietary or training plans assigned by coaches.

C. Competition & Event Administration Data

• Tournament Registrations: Competitions entered, specific race events selected (e.g., 200m, 500m, 1000m rink/road races, elimination, point-to-point), and payment/registration statuses.
• Roster & Heat Data: Assigned chest numbers, heat numbers, lane draws, qualifying statuses, and official race start lists.
• Official Race Results: Recorded lap timings, final race finish times, ranks, podium placements, disqualifications, merit certificates, and tournament awards.

D. Billing & Payment Transaction Records

• Transaction Records: Order IDs, invoice numbers, registration fee amounts, payment timestamps, payment status (successful/pending/failed), and reference numbers issued by payment gateways.
• Payment Security Guarantee: All payment transactions on SkaterWorld are handled directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). SkaterWorld does NOT collect, capture, or store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, expiry dates, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

E. Automatically Collected Technical & Diagnostic Data

• Network & Device Information: Internet Protocol (IP) address, device manufacturer and model, operating system and version, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), mobile network carrier, and system language.
• Application Diagnostics: App version, build number, installation identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic performance metrics, API response latencies, and usage timestamps to maintain app stability and prevent outages.

2. Device Identifiers & In-App Advertising (Mobile App)

To support free tools, community features, tournament schedules, and operational hosting for speed skating academies and athletes, our mobile application (SkaterWorld for Android and iOS) displays in-app advertisements.

A. What Advertising Identifiers Are Collected

When you use the SkaterWorld mobile application, Google Mobile Ads and associated advertising technologies may collect and process:

• Google Advertising ID (AAID / GAID): A unique, user-resettable advertising identifier provided by Google Play services on Android devices.
• Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA): A unique advertising identifier provided by Apple on iOS devices (subject to App Tracking Transparency consent).
• SDK App-Instance IDs: Pseudonymous tokens automatically generated when the app is installed to facilitate ad delivery, frequency measurement, and fraud mitigation.
• General Device & Coarse Location Data: Device model, screen size, coarse regional location derived from IP address (country, state, or city level), connection speed, and mobile operating system version.

B. Purposes of Advertising ID Collection

Advertising identifiers and related device telemetry are processed strictly for the following purposes:

Upon verification and processing of your deletion request, the following information is permanently purged or scrubbed from active databases:

In accordance with global privacy principles, Indian statutory regulations, and sports governance standards, certain limited records cannot be instantly purged and must be retained:

• With Your Affiliated Skating Academy & Coaches: When you connect with or enroll in an academy, authorized academy administrators and coaches have access to your athlete profile, training schedule, and attendance.
• With Competition Organizers: When registering for speed skating events, participant details (name, category, chest number, age group) are shared with the event organizing committee to prepare brackets and heats.
• Trusted Service Providers: Vetted third-party infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements (cloud hosting, SMS gateways, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and Razorpay for payments).
• Advertising Networks: Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob) as disclosed in Section 2, for delivering mobile advertisements.
• Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, statutory regulation, or in response to lawful requests by public or law enforcement authorities.

• Parental Consent: Accounts for athletes under the age of 18 ("Minors") must be created, authorized, or managed by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized academy administrator with parental consent.

• Protection of Minor Profiles: Contact numbers and sensitive personal details of minor skaters are never publicly exposed or shared with other competitors.

• Data Location: Platform databases and backend servers are hosted in secure, enterprise-grade cloud data centers situated in India.
